Michael Stevens Consulting - Our client, a leading EPC Company, is in need of suitably qualified candidates for immediate employment in the capacity below:

Job Title: Vessel Coordinator
Location: Rivers

Job Description
Plan and carry out loading and offloading activities in cooperation with the Shore Base Manager for all contracted MOA Support Vessels.
Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports of vessel details and activities: cargoes loaded / offloaded; time in / time out.
Assist vessel agents and masters with crew change and provisioning.
Coordinate fuel requirements for support vessels with supplier, Shore base Manager and vessel master. Maintain document files of these activities.
Assist Project Manager and Shore Base Supervisor with future planning with respect to on-going and upcoming vessel operations.
Liaise with Shore Base Supervisor / Coordinator along with Quayside, Cargo Operations, Tubular Operations and Lifting and Compliance Assistants as required to ensure safe and efficient loading and offloading and onward transfer of incoming and outgoing materials to and from the vessels for the drilling operations.
Have the assigned vessels fit for purpose in the broadest sense to execute the projects as required;
Liaise with Logistic Engineers on logistic process optimisation;
Support the Project Manager with port calls in preparation for offshore execution and mobilizations;
Assist the Project Manager and Technical Department in maintenance and updating vessel and equipment, operation manuals, implementation of new statutory and project requirements;
Co-ordinate all onshore support to the vessels during execution of the offshore work;
Fulfill administrative duties.

Qualifications Required
B.Sc/M.Sc Nautical Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Engineering or equivalent;
Previous relevant experience, + 5 years, preferably in an offshore or marine environment;
Results driven, decisive, hands-on mentality and flexible personality;
Excellent communication skills;
English fluent.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software; excel, word, power point,
Minimum five years’ experience - in offshore support activities; marine base coordinator / assistant supervisor, etc.

Job Requirements

Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Ability to lead teams and strong leadership skills

English speaking, however good knowledge of foreign languages optional

Job Title: Commissioning Manager

Job Description
Overall management and control of the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities at site;
Commissioning team management at site;
Coordination with other disciplines, sub-contractors, clients and vendor's/licensor's;
Development of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up strategy;
Development of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up logic sequences used to prepare the high level schedule;
Preparation of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up plan and schedule;
Preparation of manpower requirements for pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up and organization chart;
Identification of needs and preparation of commissioning personnel, mobilization schedule;
Participation in development of sub-contracts for specific operations like, pipeline commissioning, chemical cleaning, specialist technical labor supply;
Definition of resources, materials, consumables, and special tools required for pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up;
Coordination with other departments (design, process, project management, etc.) by providing them all the elements relating to pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up necessary for their activities;
Participation, as required to key project reviews (P&ID, Constructability, HAZOP, Model reviews, etc.);
Review of final P&ID's;
Review and approval of all pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up related documents (system/sub-system identification, quality forms, procedures / manuals / dossiers etc.);
Preparation and execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities as per plan and schedule;
Active involvement in defining the construction completion priority as per the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up sequence logic;
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports as required;
Site commissioning team management;
Coordination with construction, client team, commissioning sub-contractors and Vendor's / Licensor's;
Review and approval of detailed pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up procedures;
Management of all documents necessary for pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up and final documentation handover;
Management of pre-commissioning and commissioning database and punch list;
Management of start-up of the facilities;
management of performance test run execution and provisional acceptance of facilities;
Initiating corrective actions and verifying their proper implementation;
Preparation of final closeout report related to pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up;
Preparation of feedback on pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up;
Evaluation of site commissioning team members.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have
B.Sc in Engineering equivalent or Higher; with at a minimum of 15 years experience or  Managerial experience = 8 Years;
Experience of supervision and Execution of Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up activities of various project covering Refineries, Oil & Gas production & processing, Pipelines, Petrochemicals etc. at site and home office preparation jobs;
Experience in design reviews
